Furthermore, India has administered over 216.83 crore cumulative doses of COVID vaccine, since the beginning of the pandemic.

A recovery rate of 98.71% has been recorded in the country, taking the total active caseload to 47,176. India’s daily positivity rate stands at 2.82%, and weekly positivity rate at 1.72%. Furthermore, India has administered over 215.26 crore cumulative doses of COVID vaccine, since the beginning of the pandemic.

India reported 4,417 new cases of COVID-19 and 23 fatalities in the last 24 hours on September 6. A recovery rate of 98.67% has been recorded in the country, taking the total active caseload to 52,336. This is the lowest daily case reported in the last three months.
