Covid-19 Cases Increases By 3,688, Positive Rate At 0.74%
The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare confirmed 3,688 new Covid-19 cases from 3,377, in the last 24 hours. With this, the active cases increased to 18,684. Furthermore, 2,755 patients recovered and 50 patients died due to Covid-19 in the last 24 hours,. With this, India has 0.74% positive rate and 98.4% recovery rate, as of now. Meanwhile, in India so far 22,58,059 Covid19 vaccines were administered to people.

Covid19 Positivity Rate Has Been Recorded 0.66% In Last 24 Hours
India registered 3,303 fresh Covid-19 cases on April 29, confirmed the Union Health Ministry. Delhi reported 1,367 fresh cases, Maharashtra 186 new cases, taking India's active caseload to 16,980. In addition, as per MoHFW data, India reported 2,563 recovery cases in 24 hours with a 0.66% daily positivity rate a weekly positivity rate of 0.61%. Lastly, India administered 1.88.40 crore Covid-19 vaccine doses till date.
