Manipur Journo, Activist Booked Under NSA For Posts On 'Cow Cures'

Manipur-based Journalist Kishorechandra Wangkhem and activist Erendro Leichombam were framed under sedition charges on May 13 for their controversial social media posts. Booked under the National Security Act, they allegedly implicated the promoters of cow dung and urine in COVID-19 cure on the death of Manipur BJP president. On the questions of bail, the court said Wangkhem is ‘likely to be released on bail in the near future’.

Cow Urine Available In Orange, Pineapple Flavor Surfaces On Internet

Netizens were left perplexed after a picture of boxes containing cow urine, available in different flavors, started making rounds on Twitter. Named 'Gauamrut', the two 250-ml boxes featured flavors of orange and pineapple while one was described as 'pure'. However, details of the origin and existence of these products remains unverified. UP BJP MLA Claims Drinking 'Gaumutra' Will Curb COVID-19 Spread

Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Surendra Singh has recommended that drinking cow urine early morning will help contain the coronavirus spread. The MLA even went on camera for a demo video where he added 2-3 capful of 'gaumutra' in plain water and gulped it down. Besides, he warned that nothing else should be consumed for 90 minutes after the consumption. Singh said, the secret to his good health was 'gaumutra'.

MP Govt Offices To Be Cleaned With Phenyl Made With Cow Urine Only

In what could be called as an unusual order, Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department has directed every government office to get cleaned with cow urine phenyl instead of chemical phenyl.
