Karnataka HC Orders To Quash Proceedings Against Bishop Prasanna In POCSO Case

In a relief to Bishop Prasanna Kumar Samuel, an accused in rape case, the Karnataka High Court has quashed the criminal proceedings under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, case. Raj Trading Company Owner Robbed By Masked Men: Uttar Pradesh

Raj Trading company owner Dharmendra Gupta was robbed by two masked men on a motorcycle, on April 5. The incident occurred in UP's Parmanandpur village when Gupta was about to open to his shop, reported PTI. Reportedly, the two unidentified men robbed Rs 5 lakh from Gupta. "An alert has been issued and attempts are on to mad them," said Senior Superintendent of Police O P Singh.
