This Man Cycled 11,000 Km To Create Ban Single Ban Use Plastic Awareness

With the aim of promoting the scourge of single-use plastic, Anil Chauhan, accompanied by daughters, seven-year-old Shreya and four-year-old Yukti, cycled 11,000 km from Daman and Diu to Lucknow. He began his journey on January 1 and has so far traversed through Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh, urging people to create awareness of ban single use plastic, just to stop the death of cows due to single-use plastic.

New Zealand's Pregnant MP Goes Viral For Cycling To Hospital In Labour

Julie Anne Genter, a member of New Zealand's parliament, created a buzz on social media for cycling in labour to reach the hospital before the delivery. She reportedly gave birth to a healthy baby an hour later. Genter shared the incident on her Facebook page. ''I genuinely wasn't planning to cycle in labour,'' wrote Genter. Reportedly, she also did the same in 2018 when she had become a mother.

Meet 6-Year-Old Rian Who Sets World Record For Cycling 108 Km

In an era of the digital world when children get busy with their smartphones, a 6-year-old Rian Kumar from Chennai set a world record by cycling 108.09 km in five hours and 17 minutes at a speed of 20.8 km/hr. He later registered himself in the World Book of Records in July. Reportedly, Rian's inspiration came from her mother Gauri who got it from her mother, a national-level biker.
