De-Addiction Event

Chhattisgarh School Education Minister Premsai Singh defended alcohol, as he spoke about its “benefits” in a de-addiction event. He stated that “dilution” is very important in consuming alcohol, and that the alcohol-water ratio must be carefully ensured to escape the side-effects of drinking. When asked about poor road conditions, he said that “whichever roads are in poor condition, accidents occur”
