Mumbai News: 7 Dead, 39 Injured After Massive Fire Breaks Out In Goregaon Building
A massive fire broke out in a G+5 floor building in Mumbai's Goregoan in the wee hours of Friday. Seven people lost their lives in the fire, while the condition of a few others is said to be critical, ANI reported. Visuals of the fire have surfaced on the internet. The fire broke out around 3:00 am at Jay Bhavani building, on MG Road, near Azad Maidan, said officials.

Nanded Govt Hospital Tragedy, 6 More Deaths Reported In 24 Hours
In Maharashtra's Nanded region, Dr Shankarrao Chavan Government Medical College and Hospital, run by the state government, reported six new deaths on October 4. In the past 48 hours, the hospital witnessed 31 deaths, including 12 newborns, due to a shortage of medicine and staff negligence. Meanwhile, Medical Education Minister Hasan Mushrif assured investigation and a better situation and facilities in the next 15 days.

Thane Congress Unit Warns Of Protest, Demands Improve Facilities At CSM Hospital
The Thane Congress unit on August 14 visited the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC) run Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj hospital in Kalwa after the death of 27 patients in a span of just four days. Himachal Pradesh Rains: 7 Died In Cloudburst In Solan, CM Orders Rescue Operation
The heavy rainfall, landslide, and cloudburst have created a ruckus in Himachal Pradesh. In the past 24 hours, seven people died amid a cloudburst in Solan district and at least nine died in a landslide incident reported near Shiv Temple, in Uttarakhand. CM condemned the deaths and asked the concerned officials to start the rescue operation, as many are feared trapped under the debris.

5 Killed & Several Left Injured After Bus Mows Down Bystanders In Kanpur: UP
Five people died, and several others left injured in a tragic bus accident. Notably, a bus lost control and mowed down bystanders in Kanpur on January 30. The electric bus has also destroyed three cars and many bikes. The bus driver is absconding, and is being traced, said the Kanpur DCP.
