Deepika Padukone wrote a heartwarming note to filmmaker Farah Khan on July 9 to thank her for "believing in her." Farah Khan posted a photograph of Deepika's commercial on Instagram with the comment, "Looking Good Baby." Deepika responded to her story by thanking her first director, "Thank you MA...YOU had faith in me when no one else did." Farah launched Deepika opposite Shah Rukh Khan in "Om Shanti Om." 

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone visited Tirupati temple on the occasion of her father Prakash Padukone's birthday. Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone will be one of the juries at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival. French actor Vincent Lindon who will be heading the 75th edition of the coveted festival jury panel confirmed the same through Twitter, on April 26. Padukone is part of the eight-member jury that will reward one of the 21 films in competition with the Palme d'Or during the closing ceremony on May 28.
