Mexican Heatwaves Kill 100 People In Past 2 Weeks

In Mexico, a heatwave has killed over 100 people in a span of two weeks. The Mexican government confirmed that over one thousand emergencies were reported in the region, as the temperature is rising close to 50 degrees Celsius. While many died of heatstroke, half of the deceased reportedly died due to dehydration, raising the alarming concern amid extreme summer. The Health Ministry advised people to be cautious and safe.

5-Year-Old Girl Dies Of Dehydration In Rajasthan

Anjali, a 5-year-old child died due to “severe dehydration'' after walking for 9 km in Rajasthan. Reportedly, the kid and her grandmother, who is 60-years-old walked for 32 hours with an empty stomach and dry throats, under the soul-sucking hot sun. However, they had often used the same route but ''this time Anjali forgot her water bottle'' and died 1.5 km away from the nearest village.
