Delhi Cabinet Approves Rs 1 Crore Aid To Families Of Six Deceased Govt Personnel
The Kejriwal Government has proposed to provide ex gratia of Rs 1 crore to each family of six martyred personnel including three from the Indian Air Force, two from Delhi Police, and one from the city’s Civil Defence sector. Kejriwal Rejects Proposal To Set Panel Of Lawyers: Farm Law Case
Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Cabinet on July 16 rejected the state police's proposal to form a lawyers' panel to assist farm law cases, government sources stated. In a cabinet meeting led by Arvind Kejriwal, it was decided that the Delhi government's lawyers will be prosecutors in the farm law cases. Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal is yet to approve this decision.

Delhi Govt Calls Schools To Adopt New School Bag Policy
Adopting the new ‘school bag policy’, the Delhi government has asked the schools to reduce the burden of school bags of students. In the letter to the principals, the Directorate of Education said the heavy school bags pose serious physical threats to the vertebral column and knees of students. Moreover, the policy directs the school bag's load of grade 1-10 students must not exceed 10% of their body weight.
