The Tigdi Police in Delhi arrested a man identified as Arman Ali, who opened fire at a school girl when she was returning home in Sangam Vihar area on August 25. After the arrest on September 1, the police said, "We had arrested his aides last week while he was on the run." Notably, the victim knew Ali since two-years on Facebook but was out of touch for four-five months.
