2 Woman Injured In Firing Outside Saket Court: Delhi
In a tragic firing incident, two women suffered serious injuries outside the Delhi Court in Saket. The incident occurred on April 21, in the morning hours, confirmed local sources. Furthermore, four rounds of firing happened outside the court, in which two women, whose identities are yet to be known, were left injured. The police rushed to spot and launched an investigation.

No Publishing House Allowed To Share Chargesheet Of Shradha Walkar Case
In a notice, the Delhi Court restrained all the media houses and publications to not publish anything about the chargesheet in the Shraddha Walker-Case. The order came after the Delhi Police moved the court, demanding restrictions to media houses, and asking for copies of the chargesheet. The police said the case chargesheet is not a public document. The controversial murder of Shradha Walkar by her boyfriend is under investigation.

Delhi Court Rejects Bail Plea Of Manish Sisodia
A special Rouse Court of Delhi rejected the bail plea of Manish Sisodia, the Deputy CM of Delhi, with which Sisodia will continue in Tihar Jail. Notably, Sisodia filed a bail plea in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam, but the Delhi Court judge MK Nagpal rejected the petition. Now the AAP leader, who is also the prime accused in the excise policy scam will be in jail.

Manish Sisodia's ED Custody Extended For 5 Days: Delhi Liquor Scam
In a drawback to Manish Sisodia and AAP, a Delhi Court extended the ED custody of Sisodia to five days. On March 17, the Rouse Avenue Court extended the custody, after reviewing a petition filed by the ED, demanding an extension to further investigate the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. Notably, the ED arrested Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the scam, on March 9. Investigation is underway.

Manish Sisodia Allowed To Take Gita, Medicines In Jail
Remanded till March 20 with the CBI, former Deputy CM of Delhi and AAP leader Manish Sisodia has asked for a meditation cell in jail. Furthermore, Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the Delhi Liquor scam has also asked for a 'Gita' to be allowed in the cell, where he will be shifting until March 20. Furthermore, the court also allowed the AAP leader to carry medicines and other necessities.

Delhi Court Issues Warrant Against Former Coach Of Indian Women Football Team
A Delhi court issued a warrant against Alex Mario Ambrose, the ex-coach of the Indian Women's Football U-17 team. The warrant has been issued for allegedly abusing a player in June 2022, under the POCSO Act. When the team was in Norway, Alex allegedly sexually abused a minor player and was suspended for misconduct. The Dwarka Session court issued the warrant and adjourned the matter to February 25.

Delhi Court Grants Bail To Shankar Mishra In Air India Urination Case
A Delhi Court granted bail to accused Shankar Mishra in the Air India Urination Case. On January 31, the additional session court judge Harjyot Singh Bhalla granted bail to Mishra, who allegedly peed on an elderly woman on a New York- Delhi flight, on November 26. Furthermore, Mishra was given bail on a furnished bond of Rs 1 lakh. Earlier, in January, Mishra was arrested and remanded.

AAP MLA Amanatullah Granted Bail In Waqf Board Case: Delhi Court
The Delhi Court granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan in Delhi Waqf Board, on September 28. As per sources, Amanatullah who has been arrested by the CBI under the Waqf Board corruption case has been under judicial custody in Delhi. The Delhi Rouse Avenue Court bench granted bail with a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh.
