BRS Fears Arrest Of K Kavitha In Delhi Liquor Scam
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) is fearing that K Kavitha, the MLC of Nizamabad will be arrested after the ED investigation into the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. On March 20, the daughter of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, appeared before the ED in connection with the case, as she has been named as a suspect in the matter and a representative of south central in the matter.

Manish Sisodia's ED Custody Extended For 5 Days: Delhi Liquor Scam
In a drawback to Manish Sisodia and AAP, a Delhi Court extended the ED custody of Sisodia to five days. On March 17, the Rouse Avenue Court extended the custody, after reviewing a petition filed by the ED, demanding an extension to further investigate the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. Notably, the ED arrested Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the scam, on March 9. Investigation is underway.

K Kavitha Skips ED Interrogation, Cites This As Reason
Once again, K Kavitha, the BRS MLC, named in the Delhi Liquor scam, refused to appear before the ED for interrogation. Scheduled to appear before the ED on March 16, the daughter of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao skipped the questioning. She submitted a letter to the ED in this regard, and cited the pending matter with the Supreme Court, as a reason to skip the questioning.

K Kavitha To Appear Before ED In Delhi Liquor Scam
BRS MLC of Nizamabad and daughter of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao likely to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam. This is the second time that K Kavitha was asked to appear before the ED in this case, as she is named as one of the accused in the south-central. Meanwhile, MLC Kavitha filed a petition against Supreme Court against the ED notice.

ED Accepts K Kavitha's Request, Ask Her To Appear On March 11
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) accepted the request of BRS MLC K Kavitha, and asked her to attend questioning on March 11. Notably, the ED issued a notice to K Kavitha, the daughter of Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, in connection with the Delhi Liquor Scam. She was asked to appear before the ED on March 9, but due to work commitments, she requested to delay the questioning.

Remand Of Manish Sisodia Extended Till March 6 : Delhi Liquor Scam
The judicial custody of former Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia has been extended till March 6. The judicial custody to the CBI was remanded in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam, which is being investigated by the CBI. Sisodia, who is the prime accused into the matter was arrested on February 28, following which he was remanded till March 4. Today, Delhi HC granted an extension to custody.

CBI To Produce Manish Sisodia Before Delhi HC In Liquor Scam
Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will be produced before the Delhi High Court, on March 4. He will be produced in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy scam, in which the CBI would demand an extension of Sisodia's judicial custody. Notably, a special CBI court remanded the AAP leader, the prime accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam. The court proceedings will begin at 2:00 pm, confirmed sources.

Manish Sisodia's Arrest Leads To AAP V/S BJP Political Fight
After hours of grilling, the CBI arrested Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, in the Delhi Liquor Scam. On February 26, Sisodia arrived at the CBI Office in Delhi for the interrogation in the scam case, following which makes him the second Delhi Minister, after Satyender Jain in the Capital City. Furthermore, Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi Government called the arrest as cheap tactic of PM Modi's Government and protested against it.
