Remand Of Manish Sisodia Extended Till March 6 : Delhi Liquor Scam
The judicial custody of former Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia has been extended till March 6. The judicial custody to the CBI was remanded in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam, which is being investigated by the CBI. Sisodia, who is the prime accused into the matter was arrested on February 28, following which he was remanded till March 4. Today, Delhi HC granted an extension to custody.

CBI To Produce Manish Sisodia Before Delhi HC In Liquor Scam
Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will be produced before the Delhi High Court, on March 4. He will be produced in connection with the Delhi Liquor Policy scam, in which the CBI would demand an extension of Sisodia's judicial custody. Notably, a special CBI court remanded the AAP leader, the prime accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam. The court proceedings will begin at 2:00 pm, confirmed sources.

Manish Sisodia's Arrest Leads To AAP V/S BJP Political Fight
After hours of grilling, the CBI arrested Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, in the Delhi Liquor Scam. On February 26, Sisodia arrived at the CBI Office in Delhi for the interrogation in the scam case, following which makes him the second Delhi Minister, after Satyender Jain in the Capital City. Furthermore, Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi Government called the arrest as cheap tactic of PM Modi's Government and protested against it.

ED Summons PA Of Arvind Kejriwal In Delhi Excise Policy Scam
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned the personal assistant (PA) of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. On February 23, the ED issued summon notices to Bibhav Kumar in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam. The interrogation is underway at the ED office in Delhi, confirmed sources. Recently, the ED issued a notice to Manish Sisodia, the Deputy CM of Delhi in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy scam.

ED Used To Topple State Governments, Says Arvind Kejriwal
Delhi CM and President of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Arvind Kejriwal rubbished the chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi Liquor Scam. Addressing the media, Kejriwal said, "completely fictional". Notably, the ED filed a chargesheet saying, the AAP used the Delhi Liquor Scam money for the Goa elections campaign. "ED is not used to check corruption…it is rather used to topple state governments," said Kejriwal.

Arvind Kejriwal Takes Dig At BJP Govt Over ED Raids In Liquor Scam
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal took a dig at the BJP-led Central Government for the Enforcement Directorate raids. Notably, on September 16, ED conducted raids at approximately 40 locations in the Delhi Excise Liquor Scam case, in which Manish Sisodia, the Deputy CM of Delhi is an accused. Kejriwal tweeted, "I don't understand what the liquor scam is". Notably ED and CBI are investigating the BJP alleged liquor scam.
