In Delhi, the Air Quality Index (AQI) worsened to "very poor' category, raising concerns. Visuals from India Gate and Kartavya Path showed the extent to which smog had engulfed the city on October 23 morning. Furthermore, on October 22, Delhi AQI reported at 306, while the AQI in Gurugram was in the 'Poor' category. The Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Government issued advisory and plan to curb the AQI worsening quality. 

Despite assurance of Delhi Government, the flood situation in the region near Yamuna River is concerning. After days, the water level once again crossed the danger mark, leaving residents in a worried situation. Manipur violence intensifying and reaching to other regions of India. After the state burnt down, the flames are reaching Delhi, as Delhi University students got into a clash. A group of Kuki students residing in Delhi University North Campus area alleging that they were attacked by a group of Meiteis. They further said, they tried to register a case with the police, but they refused to file an FIR.
