Researches Identify Biomarkers To Track Depression

In a study, researchers from the University of Illinois, United States of America, have found biomarkers that can help to track depression in platelets. ''A cellular biomarker is responsible for the translocation of Gs alpha from lipid rafts. Civil Engineer Slits Throats Of His Children; Commits Suicide

Being unemployed, thus resulting in acute depression, a civil engineer committed suicide by consuming poison after slitting the throats of his son and daughter on August 27 and August 28. His wife also consumed the poison, however, she survived. Besides, the 16-year-old son died and the daughter is in critical condition. He left a suicide note where he expressed that he was unable to bear the expenses.
