I-T Dept Raids Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar's Sister Premises
The I-T Department, on October 7, raided businesses linked to Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar and properties of his family members, reportedly on charges of alleged tax evasion. Premises linked to three of Pawar's sisters were raided, as were those linked to some real estate developers. Confirming the developments, Pawar said his family was being targeted because of "political vendetta."

Navi Mumbai Airport To Be Ready By 2024: Deputy CM Ajit Pawar
Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on September 16 affirmed that the construction work of the Navi Mumbai International Airport Ltd (NMIAL), will be completed by 2024.
