Ram Rahim & 4 Others Get Life Sentence For Murdering Dera Manager

Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh and four others have been awarded life imprisonment by a special CBI court in Haryana's Panchkula on October 18 for murdering the manager Ranjit Singh in 2002. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 31 lakh to Gurmeet Ram Rahim followed by 4.75 lakh to the other four convicts in total. Reportedly, 5% of the amount will go to Ranjit's family.

CBI Court Declares Gurmeet Ram Rahim, 4 others Guilty In Murder Case

Dera Sacha Sauda (DSS) chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim and four others have been declared guilty on October 8 by the special CBI court in connection with the murder of former Dera manager Ranjit Singh. Reportedly, Singh was murdered in the premises of DSS in 2002. However, CBI will declare the quantum of the sentence on October 12. Notably, Gurmeet is already in jail for the last 20 years.
