Devotees ruhsed to the temple of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala-Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. The witnessed rush at the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) temple was in the view of the 36 hours darshan, on the special occasion of "Sarvadarshans". Due to this, common devotees have to wait for 36 hours to have darshan of Srivara. TTD has already cancelled the VIP break darshans and giving high priority to common devotees.
 

Haridwar district magistrate in Uttarakhand on July 17 issued a six-day holiday from July 20 to July 26 for all of the district's schools and Anganwadi centers due to growing number of Kanwar Yatra pilgrims and potential road closures for procession. An annual pilgrimage by followers of Lord Shiva called "Kanwar Yatra" began on July 14. The pilgrimage resumes this year after a two-year hiatus because of the Coronavirus outbreak. 

After spending seven days in the Gundicha Temple, Lord Jagannath and his siblings, Devi Subhadra and Lord Balabhadra commenced their return trip to Puri's Sri Mandir on July 9. Ceremonial procession rite called the "Bahuda Pahandi" marked the start of the voyage. A huge number of people visited Kedarnath Temple in Uttarakhand. 28 pilgrims have died on their route to Kedarnath since the yatra began for various reasons.
