Aerobic Exercise Helps Reduces Dialysis-Related Symptoms: Study
The researchers at the University of Manitoba claims that aerobic exercise can curb hemodialysis-related symptoms like restless leg, depression, muscle cramping and fatigueness. Hemodialysis is a process through which an artificial kidney is used to clean blood. However, the symptoms like these cannot be treated with hemodialysis but can be reduced with 20-30 minutes of exercise, and other benefits of aerobics is yet to be explored.
