US-India Dialogue Went Well, Say Washington Based Diplomats
Washington-based diplomats say that the India-US two-plus-two dialogue that wrapped up last week, had gone well. However, things did take a turn when the US State Secretary Antony Blinken had expressed concerns about "human rights abuses" in India, without even discussing the issue during the meetings. It was met with a statement from EAM Jaishankar, asserting that India too has concerns about the human rights issues in the US.

German Foreign, Security Advisor Visits India, Will Hold Talk With Indian Officials
German Foreign and Security Policy Advisor Jens Pl tner is on a visit to India. Ahead of his bilateral talks with the Indian Government officials, the German official emphasized the geopolitical consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine and impact of Russia's invasion across the world. The German Foreign and Security Policy Advisor will hold talks with NSA Ajit Doval and Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla.

India, China Hold 8th Round Of Commander Level "Constructive" Talks
India and China will continue their bi-lateral discussions as the eighth round of Commander Level talks were described as "constructive", albeit no consensus has been reached yet. The discussions were held in Chushul on November 6 while the next meeting will be arranged soon. According to the Indian government's press release, both sides have agreed upon sincerely executing the mutual agreement to pull back troops from the border.

India, China Deliberate On Implementation Of Five Point Agenda
Diplomats of India and China on September 30 held another round of talks, wherein they focused on implementing the five-point agenda reached between both the countries. During the virtual meeting, both the parties reviewed the current border situation. The Ministry of External Affairs' statement read that the two sides agreed upon holding the next meeting "at an early date" to complete the "process of disengagement" sooner.

India & Nepal to Hold Review Mechanism Dialogue Over Nepal's New Map
Indian Ambassador to Nepal and Nepal's Foreign Secretary are set to hold a review mechanism dialogue on August 17, to undertake stock progress of the ongoing projects. Things have escalated between India and Nepal right after Nepal government released a new map incorporating parts of Indian territories. The meeting is going to be the first talk, with an intention towards "India-Nepal bilateral initiation".
