DMRC Offering Separate Toilets For Transgenders With Divyangjans

Blind Woman Sues Uber For $1.1 Mn For Discrimination, Denying Rides
A San Francisco-based woman named Lisa Irving has sued Uber for $1.1Mn for denying her ride and discriminating for her disability. Irving, a blind woman who uses guide dog, was denied ride by the drivers while commuting to work. Bullied and verbally abused, Irving’s ride was deliberately cancelled by two drivers. After receiving no response from the company, Irving sued Uber, accusing them of discriminating her on 14 occasions.
