Former Mumbai CP Sanjay Pandey Bail Plea Denied By Delhi High Court
Sanjay Pandey, the former Mumbai Police Commissioner, was refused bail on August 4 by a Delhi court. Kerala HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Removal Of PM Modi's Photo From Vaccination Certificate
The Kerala High Court, on December 21, dismissed a plea seeking removal of PM Modi's picture on vaccination certificate. The HC judge said, "Once Prime Minister is elected as per constitution, he is the prime minister of our country and that post should be pride of the country," said HC. Furthermore, the HC also fined Rs 1 lakh, saying the please was frivolous, filed with ulterior motive.
