Woman Develops Condition Which Makes Food Taste Like 'Garbage, Sewage'

Natalia Cano from New Jersey's Mendham contracted Coronavirus in January, 2021, which changed her sense of taste and smell. Reportedly, she now has a condition named parosmia, which makes her food taste like 'garbage' and 'sewage'. Due to the condition, she developed an eating disorder and now throws up food anytime she tries to eat. "It's gasoline. It's ammonia. It's bitter. It's mold," she said.

Man With Rare Condition Sleeps 300 days A Year: Rajasthan

Purkharam, a 42-year-old man from Rajasthan's Nagaur is being called a real-life 'Kumbhakaran' as he sleeps 300 days a year. Notably, Purkharam is suffering from a rare disorder known as 'Axis hypersomnia'. He espied about the disorder 23 years ago and his condition has worsened ever since. He is survived by his wife and mother, who are hopeful that he will live a normal life someday.
