Facebook Apologizes To Global Users For Disruption In Its Services

Facebook, the owner of WhatsApp and Instagram, again apologized for the disruption in its services for users around the world on October 8. However, the company blamed the ''configuration change'' for the problems. ''We fixed the issue - thanks again for your patience this week,'' said the company. Earlier, Facebook blamed the outage that had caused inconvenience to its users for nearly six hours on October 4.
