IndiGo Suspends Pilot After Viral Video Of Domestic Helper Abuse
After the viral video of pilot and airline staffer, abusing domestic violence, IndiGo suspended the pilot and the airline crew. On July 19, IndiGo released an official statement, " it has taken off flying duty an employee from duties and the matter is being investigated." Notably, in a viral video, the couple was being thrashed brutally and detained for abusing a minor 10-year-old domestic helper.

Telangana: Young Maid Kills Herself after Sexually Assaulted by Employer
Telangana police, on September 29, arrested and booked a man under Nirbhaya Act for sexually assaulting a 20-year-old woman after which she killed herself. Reportedly, the accused harassed the victim and her sister. The DCP of Shamshabad N Prakash Reddy stated that the deceased was a domestic helper for the accused at his residence in Moinabad.
