Silver, Gold Price Witnesses Bullish; Gold Inched Up By 0.4%

In the wake of rising concerns over the COVID-19 Delta variant, the gold contracts for August delivery rose by 0.43% to Rs. 47,237 per 10 gm. Similarly, the silver rates were also raised by 0.43% to hit the intraday high of Rs. 68,449 per kg. However, the gold price possessed a hike on July 2 after which several US investors are keeping an eye on the Federal Reserve's monetary policy shift.

An Indian enterprise Padget Electronics, a wing of the Dixon Technologies, has finalized a deal to manufacture smartphones for Lenovo-owned Motorola in India. Defence Ministry Plans To Curb Imports To Military Shops

According to reports, the Defence Ministry has passed an internal order which prohibits "procurement of direct imported items" to over 4,000 military shops. Reportedly, the order does not specify any product and is issued to support domestic goods.
