Special Court Rejects Bail Cancellation Plea Against Bharti Singh, Harsh Limbhachiya
A Special NDPS Act court in Mumbai has rejected the Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) plea seeking cancellation of the bail of comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Haarsh Limbhachiya in a drug case. VV Patil, special judge for cases under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act rejected the plea, amid lack of evidence. The couple was arrested in November 2020 after 86.5 grams of ganja (cannabis)

Bombay HC Refuses To Grant Protection Co-Accused In Aryan Khan Bribery Case
After the Bombay High Court refused to grant relief of no-coercive action to Sanville alias Sam D'Souza, he has withdrawn his writ petition. Sam is a co-accused in the CBI extortion case against former Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede. While rejecting his request for relief, court said that if he wants to simply withdraw, he can go ahead, but the court won't be granting him any protection.

CBI Conducts Raid At Ex NCB Official Sameer Wankhede
In breaking news, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted a raid at Sameer Wankhede's home in Mumbai. The attacks on the ex-Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) official were conducted amid charges of corruption, confirmed the CBI officials. Notably, Sameer Wankhede is the same officer who arrested Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in an alleged drug case in October 2021 and was charged of corruption.

Aryan Khan Urges Court To Modify Bail Condition: Cruise Drug Case
Aryan Khan, the 23-year-old son of Shah Rukh Khan, on December 10, urged the Bombay HC to change a bail condition under the "Cruise Drug Case". In his written appeal, Khan asked to change the condition of weekly visit (every Friday) to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in South Bombay. However, the court is likely to review the plea next week.

"No Evidence" Of Conspiracy Between Aryan Khan & Others: Bail Order
In an order issued on November 20, the Bombay High Court stated that there is no evidence of a drug-related conspiracy involving Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. Nothing improper was found in their WhatsApp chats, added the court. "There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit an unlawful act," the order read.

Shah Rukh Khan's Son Aryan Khan Walks Out Of Jail: Drugs Case
Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who was accused in the drug on cruise case, was released from Mumbai's Arthur Road jail, on October 30. The Bombay High Court on October 29, granted him bail with certain conditions, which includes him appearing before NCB each Friday. Reportedly, Actor Juhi Chawla appeared as Aryan's Surety, signing a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh.

Cruise Drug Case: NCB Summons Prabhakar Sail For Questioning
Prabhakar Sail was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau as a witness in the cruise drug case on October 27. Sail is the bodyguard of Kiran Gosavi, an NCB witness. He claimed that Rs 50 lakh was taken by Kiran from an "individual" after the raid at the cruise ship. “He will be questioned by NCB team reaching Mumbai from Delhi tomorrow, in connection with his allegations of corruption,” said NCB.

Bombay HC Adjourns Aryan Khan's Bail Plea For Next Day
In the latest development in the drugs on cruise case, the hearing of Aryan Khan's bail application was adjourned by the Bombay High Court for the next day in Mumbai on October 26. Reportedly, Aryan Khan moved to the High Court after a special court in Mumbai refused to grant bail to him and two others, on October 20. So far, 20 people have been arrested in the case.

NCB Questions Ananya Panday For The Second Day: Drug Case
Ananya Panday has been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for the second day in a row on October 22. Reportedly, WhatsApp chats between Aryan Khan and Panday have shown a connection between the two. However, the case is still underway with the arrest of 20 people, along with Aryan Khan. Further, a 24-year-old drug peddler was also questioned on October 22.

No Relief To Aryan Khan; Mumbai Court Rejects His Bail Plea
In the latest development, a Mumbai court rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan, and two co-accused in connection with the cruise drug case on October 20. Aryan's legal team has now decided to move to Mumbai High Court. Reportedly, NCB official Sameer Wankhede said ''Satyameva Jayate'' after the court's verdict. Notably, Aryan, who is in judicial custody, was arrested in the case by NCB on October 2.
