Two Afghan Nationals Among 4 Arrested In Delhi Drug Bust
Two Afghan nationals are among the four persons recently arrested in Delhi's Bhogal, in connection with an India-Afghanistan drug syndicate. Those involved in this syndicate would manufacture and adulterate heroin in the local areas, the probe has revealed. One investigator, who is privy to the details of the case, has shared that the man leading the syndicate is based in Dubai.

Indian Army Organizes Drug Awareness Camp: Baramulla
In J&K's Baramulla, the Indian army organized a drugs awareness camp in which a free lecture was organized to address the youth on March 14. The camp was organized by the Uplona Rashtriya Rifles Battalion of the Indian Army in collaboration with the district development commissioner, anti-drugs team, Kandbagh. 1 Drug Supplier Arrested By Delhi Crime Branch
Delhi Crime Branch seized 700 kilos of premium quality cannabis near Akshardham Temple in Delhi, on March 14. The accused Mirza Ansari has been arrested along with a car and a truck which were used in the crime. "A dedicated team of Inter-State Cell, Crime Branch was constituted to collect specific inputs and to nab them," said DCP, Deepak Yadav. However, all packets of contraband were transported from Agartala, Tripura.

4 Drug Peddlers & 5 Gamblers Held In Nagaon: Assam
In Assam's Nagaon four drug peddlers and five gamblers were arrested by Nagaon police with 34 vials of heroin, 300 sample tablets, and three syringes on February 10. During the search operation, Nagaon police arrested drug peddlers and gamblers in various PS areas of Nagaon district. "Nagaon Police recovered 34 vails of heroin, 300 sample tablets, and three syringes," tweeted Nagaon Police. Moreover, further details are awaited.

Maharashtra Police Seize 2.4 Kg Ganja; 1 Arrested
In Maharashtra's Palghar district, police arrested a man, and retrieved Ganja worth Rs 25,000. Crime detection unit of Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Vihar Police Commissionerate nabbed the accused, identified as Rizwan Abdul Khan (24). Furthermore, a case was registered under the NDPS Act at the Pelhar police station against the accused. The MBVV police said, "Over 2.4 Kg ganja was recovered from him".

Punjab CM Launches 'Mission Clean' To Fight Against Corruption & Crime
Following the meeting with all the Deputy Commissioners and the Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) of Punjab, CM Charanjit Singh Channi launched ''Mission Clean'' in the state on October 31. Under the mission, the Civil and Police administration will take ''strict action against Drug, Sand, and Liquor Mafia'' in the state. The authorities will also use the ''zero tolerance'' policy against corruption, as per the CM's directions.

"Otoniel" Colombia's Most-wanted Drug Smuggler Captured
Colombia's most-wanted drug smuggler, Dairo Antonio Usuga aka "Otoniel," was apprehended on October 23 by the Colombian authorities. Otoniel, leader of the Gulf Clan, which is the country's largest drug trafficking group, was detained in a rural region of the Department of Antioquia near the Panamanian border. Reportedly, he had been ''one of the most-wanted target for Colombia's most-wanted authorities''.
