Nano Avionics Releases World's 1st 4K Resolution Full Satellite Selfie Of Earth Taken With GoPro Hero 7

Nano Avionics, a space technology firm, has published footage of the first-ever 4K quality full satellite selfie, which captures 12-megapixel images and 4K video clips with a GoPro Hero 7. The selfie stick was attached to the company's MP42 microsatellite, which was flying 550 kilometers over the Coral Sea and Great Barrier Reef, the only living structure visible from space. Nearly 3,84,000 kilometers separated us from the Moon.

Ozone May Be Heating Earth More Than We Know, Claims Study

As per a research of University of California, alteration to ozone levels in the upper and lower atmosphere were responsible for almost a third of the Global warming. In addition, the impact was visible in ocean waters bordering Antarctica in the second half of the 20th century. ''This study reveals it also has a big impact on the ocean’s ability to absorb excess heat from the atmosphere,'' stated a researcher.

Asteroid Likely To Hit Earth; Details Revealed By NASA

Scientists from NASA stated that an asteroid named Bennu is likely to hit the Earth by 2135. Reportedly, the asteroid will be within 125,000 miles of the Earth, which is half the distance between Earth and Moon. “The area of devastation is going to be much, much broader than that, as much as 100 times the size of the crater,” said Lindley Johnson,  a planetary defense officer at Nasa.

5% Of Earth's Power Plants Responsible For Climate Damage: Research

A study by researchers from the University of Colorado has revealed that 73% of Earth's energy sector emissions are caused by 5% of Earth's power plants. The Researchers began their research to help climate activists determine who seems to be responsible for the climate crisis. Additionally, the researchers say that the ones causing damage to atmospheric warming are power plants clustered around Europe, East Asia, and the US.

Solar Winds Unsettle Earth's Magnetic Field

According to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), solar winds enwrapped the earth on July 14, no remarkable impacts were administered. This is mostly because winds weren’t powerful to be reported on the space weather scale. Reportedly, the wind remained for few hours and slightly disturbed the planet’s magnetic field. The geometric waves from solar storms can cause interference in radio communications,… read-more

Earth Has A 'Heart Beat', The Next Beat Is 20 Million Years Away

According to experts, Earth has a 'pulse' of 27.5 million years. Although the scientists have no idea what causes it, but they have figured out that it's a group of geological events. The experts says a large portion of life on Earth is wiped out, occurred at the 'pulse.' However, It occurs every 27.5 million years, and the next one is expected to happen in 20 million years from now.
