In Delhi Assembly, Amanatullah Khan (49,) the MLA of Okhla constituency, is facing ED raids in money laundering case. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA's premises is being raided, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Enforcement Directorate(ED) conducted the raid on a Bollywood production house in connection with a Mahadev online betting case. Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Convener Arvind Kejriwal reacted to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raids at MP Sanjay Singh's residence. On October 4, Kejriwal said, "desperate attempt of a party which is going to lose." He further said, ED conducted 1,000 searches in the past few years in the alleged Liquor Scam, but found nothing. Meanwhile, the ED raid at the residence of Sanjay Singh is underway.

In Tamil Nadu, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) raided the premises of Tamil Nadu Higher Education Minister Ponmudi, in connection with the money laundering case. The searches were carried out on July 17 morning, in Chennai and Villupuram, Tamil Nadu. The raids were conducted amid Tamil Nadu Cash for Job scam. The Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin slammed the BJP Government and the ED for conducting a raid and harassing minister.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted multiple raids at locations in Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal in connection with IAS Chhavi Ranjan. Notably, the IAS officer is involved in a land scam, which is being probed by the ED under the PMLA. Posted as Social Welfare Department Officer, the 2011 IAS Batch Officer, was alledly being investigated in a land scam, in which CM Hemant Sorani and other ministers are involved.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal took a dig at the BJP-led Central Government for the Enforcement Directorate raids. Notably, on September 16, ED conducted raids at approximately 40 locations in the Delhi Excise Liquor Scam case, in which Manish Sisodia, the Deputy CM of Delhi is an accused. Kejriwal tweeted, "I don't understand what the liquor scam is". Notably ED and CBI are investigating the BJP alleged liquor scam.
