In Mumbai, 23 students filed an FIR against a college principal in Dhobi Talao, for allegedly harassing female students. The complaint filed at Azad Maidan Police station, claiming that the principal Dr Urmila Parlikar, passed offensive comments in class about the female students' body parts.
