Elon Musk Calls Work From Home Morally Wrong, Says WFH People Detaches From Reality

Tesla owner Elon Musk shares his viewpoint about employees doing work from home. On October 19, Musk addressed an interview and said, "those who work from home are detached from reality." This is not the first time that Musk has called out on those doing remote work. Earlier, the X (Twitter) owner called remote work, "morally wrong." He further compared delivery boys, and others saying, they don't work from home.

SpaceX Female Engineer Sues Elon Musk Over Pay Discrimination

SpaceX engineer Ashley Foltz has sued the Elon Musk-run aerospace company, alleging pay discrimination where women and minority employees are being paid less than male and white workers. Foltz said in her proposed class-action lawsuit that she was hired on a $92,000 salary as a base-level engineer, even though men with similar or less experience were offered as much as $115,000, said report. Notably, Ashley was hired in September 2022.
