Emami Executives To Step Down From Position, Paves Way For Future Generation
Emami Founder and executives announced to step down as executive roles, paving way for next generation. On February 3, the company announced that, its executive heads RS Agarwal and RS Goenka will be working as Chairman Emeritus and non Executive Chairman, effective from April 1, 2022. In addition, Mohan Goenka and Harsha V Agarwal will also step down from their MD positions and become full time directors.

2 Production Units Of Emami Receive WHO-GMP Accreditation
Two Manufacturing Units of Emami Ltd at Gujarat's Vapi and Masat have been certified with WHO-GMP and Certificate of Pharmaceutical Products (CoPP) for producing over 40 Ayurvedic products. Out of almost 9000 manufacturers of Ayurvedic products, only a few have been accredited with WHO-GMP standard in India. Emami Limited Director Harsha V. Agarwal said the certification is a global recognition of the safety and efficacy of its products.
