Ujjain Rape Case: Auto Driver Shot By Police While Trying To Escape
In the Ujjain Rape Case, the police arrested an auto-driver, and five others, suspected to be accused. In the latest development, the police shot down the auto-driver, while he was attempting to flee. On September 29, police took the auto-driver, identified as Bharat Soni on spot for inspection, when he tried to escape, leading to an encounter. Soni has been taken to a hospital for treatment. Meanwhile, investigation is underway.

UP: Accused In Killing Female Constable In Saryu Express Is Killed In Encounter
Naseem, who was the prime accused in the case in which a UP Police woman constable was attacked in Saryu Express in Ayodhya was killed in an encounter with UP STF late on September 21. DG law and order, Prashant Kumar confirmed and said, in the encounter, an SO and 2 constables were injured and Naseem was killed. Meanwhile, the female constable was found bleeding under a train seat.

One Terrorists Killed In Encounter With Security Forces: Jammu & Kashmir
Security forces neutralised a terrorist in an encounter that broke out in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday morning. The counter-terror operation is still underway near the Line of Control in Uri. Kashmir Police Zone said in a social media post, “Encounter has started between terrorists and Army & Baramulla Police in forward area of Uri, Hathlanga in Baramulla district.” One terrorist was killed in the operation.

Jammu & kashmir Encounter: Army Colonel, Major & Kashmir Police Deputy SP Succumb To Injuries
Three security force officers including an Army Colonel were killed in a gunfight with terrorists in the Kokernag area of Kashmir's Anantnag district, officials said here on September 13. हरियाणा पुलिस से मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार हुआ नूंह हिंसा का आरोपी
हरियाणा पुलिस ने नूंह हिंसा के एक आरोपी को संक्षिप्त मुठभेड़ के बाद गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उसकी पहचान हरियाणा के दिदारा, निजामपुर टौरू निवासी आमिर के रूप में हुई। मुठभेड़ के दौरान दोनों तरफ से फायरिंग हुई, जिसमें आरोपी के पैर में गोली लगी है। मुठभेड़ नूंह के ताओरू में अरावली पर्वत के खंडार (खंडहर) में हुई। आरोपी के जुलूस से एक देशी कट्टा बरामद हुआ। नूंह पुलिस की आरोपियों से यह दूसरी मुठभेड़ थी।

Jammu & Kashmir: 4 Terrorists Killed In Encounter
In Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district, four terrorists were killed in an encounter, on July 18. An encounter broke out after a joint operation launched by police force, security officials, special army force and Rashtriya rifles, in Poonch. Soon open firing started, resulting in the death of four foreign terrorists, whose identities are yet to be known. The first firing and drone attack took place on July 17, 11:30 pm.
