Will Make K-CCET National Level Exam If Private Institutions Agree: Karnataka Education Minister

The Karnataka Education Minister agreed to make the Karnataka Common Entrance Exam (CET), a national level exam, if private institutions, agree to it. Tamil Nadu Consortium Members To Meet Education Minister Over Fee Hike Issue

Amid the recent restriction on engineering colleges' fee-hike, the Consortium of Self-Financing Professional Arts and Science Institutions in Tamil Nadu is scheduled to meet Tamil Nadu Minister, on May 29. The board members will meet Education Minister K. Ponmudi, demanding a fee hike. Notably, eight such engineering institutions were shut down due to TN Government's announcement that they will not increase fees in Tamil Nadu.
