Renowned filmmaker John Zaritsky passed away due to heart failure at Vancouver General Hospital Canada, as per the Hollywood reporter.  Although he died in March, reports came later. The Oscar winner in 1983 for the best documentary feature for 'Just Another Missing kid', had a career spanning over 4 decades. His work has been broadcast over 35 countries and screened at more than 40 film festivals across the globe.
