Enrolment rate

The Ladakh Union Territory's administration have allocated a whopping Rs 871 crore for the development of the education sector. As per officials, the funding would help in "speedy expansion of the sector". Moreover, the UT's Lieutenant Governor R K Mathur stated that the governing body has worked on improving the quality of education through various means. He also stated that efforts have been made to streamline the education system.
