Padma Awardee Tulsi Gowda Goes Viral For Greeting PM Modi

Tulsi Gowda, an environmentalist, was one of the 119 Padma award nominees for 2020. On social media, a picture of the Karnataka tribal welcoming Prime Minister Narendra Modi, key ministers, and dignitaries at the occasion went viral. The 77-year-old Halakki tribe member is a forest encyclopedia with "endless knowledge" of plants and herbs. She has worked for the environment for over 60 years and planted over 30,000 saplings.

Not Against 5G, Just Want Authorities To Certify It Safe: Juhi Chawla

Bollywood actress and environmentalist Juhi Chawla has issued a video stating that she is not against the 5G implementation in India. Asking the authorities to release its data in public domain, Chawla stated, "We just want to know that it [5G] is safe for children, for pregnant women, for unborn children..." Earlier, the actress was fined Rs 20 lakh by the Delhi High Court for her petition challenging 5G implementation.
