Indian E-Sports Industry Is Expected To Reach Rs 1,100 Crore By 2025
The electronic sports industry in India is expected to grow four folds by the year 2025 with the numbers to reach 1.5 million players and 2,50,000 teams. Alike physical sports, e-sports have teams, titles, and tournaments that are played online. According to a report by consultancy firm EY, the industry will grow at 46% CAGR to reach Rs 1,100 crore from the current Rs 250 crore business.
