NCB Busts SSR's Flatmate Siddharth Pithani From Hyderabad In Drug Probe
The Narcotics Control Bureau on May 28 arrested late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani in the narcotics probe. Stating to produce Siddharth in the court, NCB’s Mumbai Zonal Unit in-charge Sameer Wankhede said no clean chit has been given to anyone in the case. Busting him as a lead to catch big fish in the narcotics trade, NCB claimed Siddharth’s WhatsApp details revealed his connection with drug suppliers.

An Accused Is Innocent Until Proven Guilty, Says Supreme Court
Upholding the Orissa High Court's order, the Supreme Court stated that an accused is presumed to be an innocent until proven guilty. The statement came after Gitanjali Tadu had accused Bannabihari Mohapatra and his son Luja of electrocuting her husband. However, the cause of the death was identified as electric shock, but the post mortem didn't trace any homicidal evidence.
