UN Slams Ethiopia For Ordering 7 Officals To Leave Within 72 Hours
The United Nations on October 1 warned Ethiopia after it ''declared a persona non grata'' or unwelcome for seven UN officials on October 1. Ethiopia also ordered them to leave the country within 72 hours for ''meddling'' in the country's internal affairs. The UN said the declaration was wrong as it only applied between states and ''UN is not a state''. Besides, Tigray in Ethiopia is facing ''unprecedented'' malnutrition.
