Husband Allegedly Gives Triple Talaq Over Phone From US; Wife Seek Centre's Help
Hyderabad woman has sought centre's help after her husband allegedly gave her triple talaq from US, over the phone. The 24-year-old woman wrote a letter to the Ministry of External Affairs on December 9 seeking justice. According to the woman, her husband hold US citizenship and were married in 2015. "My husband stopped contacting me from October this year, after pronouncing talaq three times without any reason," the victim mentioned.

Foreign Minister Jaishankar To Meet His Japanese Counterpart in Tokyo
The External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar will be meeting Japan's Toshimitsu Motegi in Tokyo, in the first week of October. The Ministry mentioned that Jaishankar will be travelling to Japan on October 6-7, and discuss the bilateral and regional ties, followed by a meeting with ministers of Quad countries. The two-day trip will also include a discussion on maintaining peace and security in the Indo-Pacific regions.
