Karnataka: Angry Over Love Affair, Father Kills Daughter, Lover Commits Suicide
In a shocking incident, a Karnataka Man killed his daughter, for allegedly being in love with a Dalit man. The incident occurred in the Kolar district, in Karnataka when Krishna Murthy (46) murdered his daughter Keerthi. Upon hearing the death of Keerthy, her lover 24-year-old Gangadhar allegedly committed suicide. Furthermore, the police registered a case and arrested the accused Murthy. In addition, an investigation has been launched.

Photo Of Police Father Saluting DSP Daughter On Duty Goes Viral
What could be called as a heart-warming moment, a Police Inspector father saluted his Deputy Superintendent of Police daughter at a meeting in Andhra Pradesh's Tirupati. A 2018 batch DSP Yendluru Jessy Prashanthi had encountered her father, inspector Y Shyam Sundar, for the first time during duty. DSP Prashanthi said, "I wasn’t very comfortable with him saluting me, after all, he’s my father...I also returned the salute”.
