India To Witness Warm Summers After Heat In February

India is gearing up for the warm summers, as many states of the nation reported scorching and warm February. While this year, winters were severe, summers are also expected to be harsh for people. The Indian Meteorological Department, Telangana, Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat and Rajasthan will have breathtaking summers. People are advised to take proper caution and stay hydrated and safe from loo and heat waves.

RPF Saves 65 Lives, Rescues 1,156 Children From Traffic In Febking

Railway Protection Force (RPF) apprised that in February they rescued 1,156 children who got separated or lost due to any inconvenience. Indian Navy All Set For Presidential Fleet Review On Feb 21

President Ram Nath Kovind will review the Indian Navy’s fleet at the Presidential Fleet Review 2022 on February 21 off the Visakhapatnam coast in Andhra Pradesh. The review will commemorate India’s 75th year of Independence, celebrated as 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav'. Around 60 ships and submarines, and 55 aircraft are scheduled to participate in the review. Notably, INS Sumitra will lead the Presidential Column.

Tamil Nadu Govt To Reopen Educational Institutes, Revokes Night Curfew: COVID-19

ECI Announces Odisha Panchayat Polls, Scheduled From Feb 16

The ECI, on January 11, announced the Odisha Panchayat Poll schedule. The five phased elections will begin from February 16, followed by February 18, 20, 22 and 24. Polling will be held between 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, to elect 91,913 ward members, 6,794 sarpanches and 6,793 panchayat members. At least 2.79 crore voters are eligible to cast votes and results will be announced on February 26, 27 and 28.
