Tollywood film producer SKP Chowdhary Arrested: Telangana
Tollywood film producer KP Chowdhary has been arrested in allegations of drug peddling. As per sources, the producer of Rajinikanth starter "Kabali" was involved in case of drugs, cocaine supply. On credible information, a police team arrested SKP Chowdary under the limits of Rajendranagar Police Station. He was allegedly trying to sell cocaine and 90 sachets weighing 82.75 grams of drugs was seized from him.

OTT Platforms Have Potential To Disrupt Multiplex Business, Expected To Be Worth Rs 12,000 Crore By 2023
OTT sector is poised to replicate what multiplexes did to VCR/VCP/VCD segment, growing to a Rs 12,000-crore business by 2023. According to SBI Research, OTT industry would be worth Rs 11,944 crore by 2023, up from Rs 2,590 crore in 2018. The report cautions this might lead to a replay of the 1980s' unexpected demise of VCR/VCP/DVD sector, with the exponential development of multiplexes across metro/urban regions during early 2000s.

Eminent Malayalam screenplay writer John Paul Puthussery has passed away. He had written the screenplay for over a hundred films. Oscar Winning Costume Designer Emi Wada Dies In Japan
Emi Wada, an Oscar-winning (in 1986) costume designer of Japan, passed away at the age of 84. Although she died on November 13, local media reported her death on November 21. Wadi started her costume designing career with stage plays for her husband, Ben Wada. She gained fame as a designer in 1985 with the movie "Ran". She also received Academy Achievement Awards and Emmy Awards for her work.
