Dismissing the speculative reports, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said that the financial health of RBL Bank is stable and the bank has enough capital. The RBI added that the bank has 53% more Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) than the provision of 100%. ''The appointment of Additional Director/s in private banks is undertaken under Section 36AB of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949,'' said the RBI in a statement.
