Massive Fire Erupts At Heritage Site 'Secunderabad Club': Telangana

As per reports, Secunderabad Club was gutted in flames early morning of January 16. The fire department said that a short-circuit could be the reason behind the fire. The fire fighting operations are underway at the club. No casualties have been reported, officials said. Established in 1878 by the British Army in Garrisons, the club has been given heritage site status since 2017 and has 5,000 members.

Fire Breaks Out At Dal Lake, Houseboat Association Demands Compensation: Srinagar

In a massive fire incident, which broke out in the morning of January 5 at Dal Lake, Srinagar,  two houseboats were damaged. The houseboats were named New Zealand, and Apollo Eleven, KNO reported. The incident reported a loss of approximately Rs 4 crores, for the reconstruction, said spokesman of the houseboat owners association. He appealed to the government and seeked compensation for the affected families in the incident.

Gujarat Woman Set On Fire For Naming Her Puppy 'Sonu'

In a shocking incident, a 35-year-old woman, Neetaben Saraviya, was allegedly set on fire by her neighbour because she named her puppy 'Sonu' in Gujarat. Reportedly, the neighbour was angry at Saraviya as Sonu is her wife's nickname. The victim is receiving treatment for at a government hospital in Bhavnagar. Reportedly, the police have registered an FIR against six persons. However, the police are yet to arrest the accused.

27 People Fear Dead In Osaka Fire Blaze Incident: Japan

Twenty-seven people were killed in a massive fire incident, in Osaka Japan, on December 17. The fire broke our in the fourth floor of an eight storey building in JR Osaka Station region. As per local media, the fire department received the information at 10:20 AM and extinguished the fire by around 10:45 AM. The fire burned across an area of 20 meters.

Fire Erupts In Parliament House's Room Number 59

Inside room number 59 of Parliament House, a fire broke out on the morning of December 1. Two Injured In Fire Erupted At Prime Mall In Mumbai's Vile Parle

In Mumbai's Vile Parle, a major fire erupted at Prime Mall and injured two people on November 19. Reportedly, the fire was started at around 11 AM of the day on the first floor of the four-storey mall. ''13 fire engines, eight water tankers and other fire brigade vehicles were rushed the spot,'' said a civic official. The cause of the incident is yet to be known.

33 Fire Tenders Making Efforts To Stop Fire At Delhi's Manufacturing Unit

On October 9, at 7:15 AM, a huge fire broke out at a paper plate production facility in the Narela Industrial area at Delhi. Reportedly, no casualties have been reported. The fire first broke out on the first floor of the building but the reason behind it is yet to be known. However, 33 fire tenders are making efforts to stop the fire and bring the situation under control.
