Fire Tragedy

The state government of Uttar Pradesh has fired 15 persons from five different departments for their alleged negligence that led to the fire tragedy at a hotel in Lucknow. The departments which are held liable include Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), Lucknow Electricity Supply Administration (LESA), District Administration, Fire Services, Lucknow Municipal Corporate and Excise  Department.
