Govt School Teacher Wins National Award For Innovative Learning
Firoz Khan, an assistant teacher at a government primary school in UP wins a national award for innovation in education using 'Information Communication Technology.' The 37-year-old teacher said, "there were just 150 students in 2007. In 13 years, the strength increased to 800. That’s because I started using technology in the classroom to make learning fun." However, Khan uses mobile phones and tablets to make learning fun.
